II. Medical Plan Benefits
KGH offers health care to employees the first of the month following completion of a 60-day orientation period. KGH will pay 75% of the monthly coverage for each employee and 50% for dependents.

If you are interested in this plan, please notify Human Resources. The will work with Paychex to obtain a cost quote.
III. PEO Benefits
Paychex PEO benefits including dental, vision and voluntary insurances and a Flexible Spending Account. You are eligible to participate the first of the month after your status change.

VI. Retirement Plan
Saving for retirement in our 401(k) plan affords you several tax and administrative benefits* and the access and flexibility to make it a great fit for your retirement savings efforts.
You can enroll in the plan through the online system provided by Paychex at https://benefits.paychex.com or by calling the 24-hour Employee Services Information line at (877) 244-1771.
Newly eligible participants who enroll in the plan will have their elections effective as of the entry date selected for the plan. Fund allocation changes and transfers can be updated at any time. Employees who have already met the service requirement, and have passed the first entry date, can enroll, or unenroll, in the 401(k) Plan at any time.
