Please accept our personal welcome to an experience and to an opportunity. For our CBW alumni Steve Chan and Mike Sanders, welcome back.
The experience is your active participation in the Fuciferi Versuti, AKA Crafty Bastard Workshop (CBW) model which has evolved over the past several years out of a need to examine, exploit, render and identify the kind of thinking which challenges the ordinary and strives for the extraordinary.
We ask for only a few things: candor with purpose which means identifying bias, blindspots, and potential miscalculations which have shaped thinking in the past; dissent, with intent to inform and educate, not simply to complain or restate the obvious, and the willingness to help build a sustainable global presence.
The “BLUE” workshop requires a laser-like focus that is designed to be diagnostic, not prescriptive and assembles what we assess to be among the best minds in the world. The model shuns consensus and seeks diversity of thought, earned through experience and the cognitive agility to combine and recombine ideas to inform the development of a realistic net assessment.
We will be forwarding several core questions to think about prior to the workshop and will use the learning environment to post additional materials for your consideration.
