- Samuel D. Martin is an AI research scientist and venture investor based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is a co-developer of Random Contrast Learning (RCL), a novel machine learning algorithm that achieves neural network–level performance while running efficiently on CPUs, with applications across finance, healthcare, and threat detection.
- He currently conducts research at Lumina AI on deterministic, domain-agnostic machine learning systems focused on high-performance CPU execution. His work spans tabular, image, and language data, and emphasizes practical deployment of advanced machine learning techniques.
