KGH Capability Statement
KGH believes that public service is the highest of all callings, and for our company that means contributing to the resiliency and sustainability of our society. It means giving back through volunteer efforts which in a sense are as diverse as we are as a multi-generational company to causes that have at least one thing in common, and that is the opportunity to make a difference. For me personally, it has meant active support and fundraising for the fight against breast cancer, a disease that shows no discrimination and impacts generations of families. As one survivor commented "it is not about taking a walk, it is about taking a stand'' and that means a relentless pursuit of a cure. For others in our company, volunteerism means training service dogs for wounded veterans, mentoring disadvantaged kids, leading scouting efforts, and restoring dignity to abused women. Their selflessness makes us strong.
