Robert Rosich
Senior Analyst

  • Robert Rosich is an international security professional with almost 20 years of experience assessing geopolitical risks for executives, operations personnel, program managers, and other clients and customers in the public and private sectors. He is functionally experienced as an intelligence & research analyst, team & project manager, and consultant. He possesses broad subject matter expertise in intelligence analysis, national security policy, and international politics and economics. He has in-depth knowledge of terrorism, the Middle East, and nuclear security, and a solid understanding of the oil sector. 
  • Mr. Rosich has held several positions in the threat and risk analysis business. He recently has been working as a consultant for an international oil company supporting its above-ground threat analysis program. He also consults for a Department of Energy laboratory, advising on security risks related to terrorism, nuclear material storage and handling, and information disclosures. Prior to consulting, Mr. Rosich spent more than 15 years working as an analyst and team/program leader at the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense. In the former, Mr. Rosich was a member of a team of regional specialists, scientists and engineers that prepare risk assessments about terrorism and weapons of mass destruction topics for US Government sponsors. In the latter, Mr. Rosich worked as an analyst and Pentagon-based deputy division director where he analyzed international terrorism threats, advised senior policy makers and operational planners, and supervised junior analysts. Mr. Rosich served on active duty in the US Army in the early 1990s.
  • Mr. Rosich earned an MA degree from Georgetown University (Arab Studies), a BA from the University of Redlands (International Relations), and graduated from the Defense Language Institute (Arabic).
