Robert Paul Downs
Analyst
- Mr. Downs has over 50 years experience working in support of the Marine Corps on active duty and as a civilian. He is an experienced leader directing, developing and implementing management operations in physical security, criminal investigations and community relations. He possesses working knowledge of the relationships and jurisdictional boundaries between Federal, State, and local Law Enforcement agencies and collaboration requirements.
- Robert was responsible for developing, reviewing and evaluating the training, policies, programs, procedures, and operations of assigned programs. He conducted final reviews and approved all criminal investigation cases prior to submission for prosecution. He was responsible for standardizing investigative response and crime scene management procedures.
